11​. GARIN MENDI-LASTERKETA (ARAUDIA)
* KOPURUA: 300 partaide (Izen-emate kopurua betetzean, EZ da lasterketan apuntatzeko modurik izango, ez webgune bitartez eta ezta egunean bertan ere. Ordainketa egiten ez duen izen-emateari, e-mail bitartez jakinaraziko zaio eta egun bat izango du ordainketa burutzeko, bestela izen-emate zerrendatik ezabatuko da.) 

1.- Proban edonork hartu dezake parte, 16 urtetik gorakoa izanik, sexu, adin edo bizilekuaren araberako alderaketak egin gabe. (18 urtetik beherakoek, tutore edo gurasoen baimena firmatuta ekarri beharko dute)

2.- Bi kategoria bereziko dira: gizonezkoak eta emakumezkoak

3.- Karreraren irteera Garingo plazan izango da 2025/01/19 datan, eguerdiko 11:00-etan, San Sebastian eguna eta bertako jaiak ospatzen direlarik.

4.- Lasterketak 11.35km izango ditu, 3 itzuli desberdin egin beharko direlarik. Ibilbidea ondo seinalatua egongo da eta antolatzaileak ibilbidean zehar banatuko dira, inork ez dezan bide-laburrik hartu. Horrela bada, parte-hartzailea momentuan izango da deskalifikatua.

5.- Izen-emateak:

5.1.- www.rockthesport.com, (15€) webgunean gauzatu ahal izango dira proba egunaren aurretik, 2025/01/18 11:00 data eta ordua izanik horretarako epe-muga.
 

6.- Dortsala chip-arekin:
6.1.- Hartzeko: Garingo frontoian proba egunean, 10:00 - 10:40 tartean.
6.2.- Kokapena: Dortsala bularrean eta ikusgai eraman beharko da. Parte-hartzaileak ez badu betebehar hori gauzatzen, deskalifikatua izan daiteke.

7.- Itzuli bakoitzeko, edariak banatuko dira helmuga gunean eta lasterketa amaitzean, hamaiketako txiki bat egongo da parte-hartzaileentzat.

8.- Epaileen erabakiak apelaezinak izango dira.

9.- Soilik antolakuntzak bahimendutako ibilgailuek jarraitu ahal izango dute karrera.

10.- Antolakuntzak aurre-abisurik gabe, probaren ibilbidea aldatzeko eskubidea izango du.

11.- Antolakuntza ez da arduradun egiten karreran zehar izandako ezbehar edo lesioez.

12.- Sari banaketak lasterketako azken partaideak iristean izango dira.

11​. GARIN MENDI-LASTERKETA (REGLAMENTO)

* CUPO: 300 participantes (una vez se llene el cupo, NO habrá manera de apuntarse a la prueba via web ni el mismo día. Las inscripciones que no realicen el pago, serán avisadas una vez vía e-mail y eliminadas de la lista de inscritos al día siguiente)

1.- En la prueba puede participar cualquier persona mayor de 16 años, sin comparación por sexo, edad o lugar de residencia. (menores de 18 años, deberán traer firmado el consentimiento de sus tutores o padres)
2.- Se establecerán dos categorías: masculina y femenina.
3.- La salida de la carrera será en la plaza de Garin en la fecha 19/01/2025 a las 11:00 del mediodía, día en el que se celebran las fiestas del lugar debido a su patrón San Sebastían.
4.- La prueba constará de 11.35kms, debiendo dar 3 vueltas diferentes. El recorrido estará debidamente señalizado y los organizadores se repartirán por el mismo para garantizar que ningún participante se confunde coje atajos. Si es así, el participante será descalificado ese mismo instante

5.- Inscripciones:
5.1.- www.rockthesport.com, (15€) podrán realizarse en la página web antes del día de la prueba, siendo la fecha y hora límite 18/01/2025 a las 11:00 horas.

6.- Dorsal con chip:
6.1.- Recogida: En el frontón de Garín el día de la prueba, entre 10:00 – 10:40.
6.2.-: Colocación: El dorsal habrá que llevarlo en el pecho y visible. Si la/el participante no cumple este requisito, puede ser descalificada/do.
7.- En cada paso por meta se repartirán bebidas y al finalizar la prueba habrá un pequeño almuerzo para las/los participantes.
8.- El fallo de los jueces será inapelable.

​9.- Únicamente podrán seguir la carrera los vehículos que designe la organización de la prueba.
10.- La organización se reserva el derecho de poder modificar el recorrido sin previo aviso.
11.- La organización no se responsabiliza de daños ó lesiones producidas durante la carrera.
12.- La entrega de premios será al finalizar la prueba todos los participantes.
