The BIG SWIM was born with 100% MARNATON DNA. In 2008 Miguel Rahola and Mirentxu Vignau wanted to share a course that at that time, as well as beautiful (which still is), surprised us by its hardness and long distance. Today, thanks to the popularization of open water swimming, that distance (6.5km) seems to be within reach of many.

So following its name MARNATON, [MAR (sea) + NATACIÓN (swimming) + MARATHON], returns to its roots with a very long swim in the place were it was born.
