Activity aimed at swimmers who have never swum (or rarely) at open water

What sports equipment should I bring?

• Compulsory equipment:
  1. Swimsuit.
  2. Swimming Cap.
  3. Swimming Goggles.
• Additional safety equipment (recommended):
  1. Security Buoi. (You can buy it with your registration)
  2. Wetsuit. (the best swimming wetsuits here-> www.technojetswim.com)

Level, distance and duration for the activity?

• Distance: About 500m, depending on the level of the group
• Total activity duration: 1 h 30 min. (Theoretical + practical class)
• Swimming Level: Begginers (Initiation).

Other information to consider:

• Activity limited to 15 participants,
• Accompanied by a qualified swimming guide of Vias Braves.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. The price ofe the registration is refunded only to those who participate in the activity, the instructor will list the participants at the beginning of the session.
2. The non-attendance of the participant, implies the non-refund of the registration fee.
3. This activity is free for participants, the expense of the activity is in charge of the City Council and Dipsalut, so it is important that before registering you check your availability. Casualties involve extraordinary management and can cause people on the waiting list to be unable to take advantage of vacancies.
