PILATES AND YOGA

In the Pilates activity, you will practice stretching, strength, and postural hygiene. In the second session, you will be able to practice yoga – a discipline that connects the body, breath, and mind. This practice uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve your overall health.
