COLLECTION OF BIBS/CHIPS

The bib –chip and the runner kit may be collected at the Welcome Area. (VELODROMO ANOETA Paseo Anoeta, 3 20014 SAN SEBASTIAN) :

Friday 22  November  from 5pm to 8pm

Saturday  23 November from 10am to 7pm 

It will be compulsory to show identity proof to collect them.

*** We recommend all participants to pick their bibs/chips up the day before the race. In case you can’t do it personally you can send a third person with a photocopy of your passport (a photo of the passport on a mobile device will also be accepted) It is also advisable to have the registration confirmation  with you in case there is some kind of problem with your entry.

When registering online participants will also be able to choose to pick their bib/chip up at :

BMW Lurauto Oiartzun  From 19 to 21 November - Opening times: 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm

Eroski Garbera From 19 to 21 November - Opening times: 10am-9pm

Eroski Arcco From 19 to 21 November - Opening times: 9,30am-9pm

MEDAL

All those rmaraton or half marathon finishers will receive their medal at the finish line. When registering you can also book to have your medal engraved with the achieved time. Medals will be engraved after the race next to the finish line.

AGE LIMIT

Maratthon :All participants must be born in or before 1999

Half Maratthon :All participants must be born in or before 2001

10k  :All participants must be born in or before 2003

TIME LIMIT

Marathon: 5h.

Half Marathon: 2h30

10k:  1h
